The location was okay. Near Paddington Station, it IS convenient for getting around.
The room was not great. There were only two outlets, and sadly only one worked. The bathroom was ridiculously small. It was roughly 24 inches wide and the hook on the door was barely attached. A screw held it loosely.

I found the check-in process smooth, a welcome relief after travel. My room included tea and coffee facilities, perfect for morning refreshment. The bed provided really good comfort. I slept soundly each night. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It added to the overall positive experience.
The staircase proved challenging. Its narrowness made navigating with luggage difficult.

the location was excellent i appreciated how close it was to paddington station the room was very clean upon arrival i found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay they answered all my questions about the area. the luggage storage service was very convenient i did not have to worry about my bags after checking out i was able to explore the city without any extra weight.
